The cigar smoking gentleman seems content hanging around in the dining room not to mention Rose, the woman in the red dress who hangs out in the ladies bathroom. Spirits, Mary Wolfrom, long time resident of First City Photo along with her ghostly cat takes precedence over any tenants. Added appeal to the tour is the walk through the Leavenworth Historic Business District to marvel in the architecture and atmosphere.
